The deadline for panel proposals for SCSECS 2027 has been extended to August 20, 2026! Please see our Call for Papers and Panels. We hope you will join us in Santa Fe, New Mexico for our fiftieth annual meeting on February 18-20, 2027. The meeting's theme will be The Expansive City: Cultural Crossroads Under the Stars and Above the Sands. This year's venue will be the historic El Dorado Hotel.
